We offer safe exercise in a fun and relaxed setting.  Classes are held in the morning in the cool water pool with access by a double handrail stairway or a chair lift.  Exercises are approved by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Exercises focus on:

• Stretching
• Balance
• Coordination
• Strengthening

All exercises are performed in a positive social setting to help you with daily life.
