Hospice
For people making the decision to spend their last months at home or in a home-like setting surrounded by loved ones, hospice provides the specialized end of life care patient and families most desire.  Your gift to Hospice supports the continued mission to provide care to those at the end of life.  In addition, gifts to Hospice will support grief counseling, respite care, and volunteer orientation and education.  Learn more about Hospice.

Life Flight
Life flight provides rapid stabilization and transportation for the critically ill or inured patients from the scene of an emergency or during inter-hospital transfer. Parish Nurse
A parish nurse enhances the provision of whole person healthcare to individuals, families and congregations by serving as a health counselor, organizer and teacher of volunteers, liaison with community resources and visitor in the home, nursing home and hospital.  Gifts to the Parish Nurse Program will support the purchase of supplies needed to serve members of the Parish Nurse Program.  Learn more about Parish Nursing.

Oncology
OSF Saint Francis Medical Center provides technologically advanced and compassionate services for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.  Gifts to Oncology will provide patients with comfortable surroundings and state-of-the-art equipment.

College of Nursing

Sister M. Canisia Gerlach, OSF Fund for the Nursing Center of Excellence
This fund will reward clinical excellence and advance the nursing profession by…

• Serving as the foundation for a strong nursing workforce and the development of a true Nursing Center of Excellence at OSF Saint Francis.
• Strengthening the professional development of nurses.
• Enhancing the recruitment and retention of nurses.

Paul R. Dirkse, M.D. Endowed Education Fund for Radiology
This endowment supports education programs, CMEs for the department and future symposiums that have radiology as a topic. This endowed fund may also support a visiting lecturer as well as fund research.

Neurosurgery Fund for Excellence
This endowment will support the microneurosurgery laboratory.

Above & Beyond
Above and Beyond is the employee giving campaign that supports the Mission of OSF Saint Francis Medical Center. Established in 1992, Above and Beyond raises funds for projects benefiting patients, families and staff.

OSF Saint Francis conducts its annual Above and Beyond campaign in conjunction with its United Way fundraising effort.
