Midlife and Beyond should be a time to enjoy life and utilize the knowledge and skills we have learned along the way.  You can continue the activities and relationships you love by taking control over your health.  If you do not have a primary care provider, call 1-888-6ASK OSF (1-888-627-5673) for a referral.  Yearly exams are a wonderful way to keep on track.

Here are the things to pay close attention to:

Height - Bone Health - Loss of height can be the first indication that you may have osteoporosis (more info).

Weight, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol - As you reach midlife, your nutritional requirements may change as your body changes.  Maximize your women's advantage in the area of cardiovascular health by keeping in touch with your body.
