Dr. James DeBord attended the University of Illinois at Urbana, where he received his undergraduate degree.  He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago.   Dr. DeBord did both his internship and surgical residency at the University of Illinois Hospitals in Chicago.  

 Dr. DeBord is certified by the American Board of Surgery.  He also has a Certificate of Special Qualifications in General Vascular Surgery from the American Board of Surgery. He is currently a Professor of Clinical Surgery at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria.   He holds memberships in various surgical and vascular societies.  Dr. DeBord is a member of the Association of Bariatric Surgery.

Dr. J. Stephen Marshall received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana and his doctorate of medicine from Southern Illinois University in Springfield.  He completed his internship and surgical residency at Rush-Presbyterian- St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago. 

He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery.  Dr. Marshall has also received a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Surgical Critical Care.  He has served as an instructor in surgery at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center and clinical instructor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine where he received a faculty teaching award.

Dr. Marshall is currently an Associate Professor of Clinical Surgery at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria.  He holds memberships in various surgical societies.  Dr. Marshall is a member of the Association of Bariatric Surgery.  He is the OSF Saint Francis Bariatric Program Medical Director.

Dr. Thomas Rossi received his undergraduate degree from Illinois State University and his doctorate in medicine from Chicago Medical School at North Chicago. He completed his internship and surgical residency at Cook County/University of Illinois Hospital at Chicago.

Dr. Rossi is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He has served as an instructor of surgery as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at Cook County Hospital. He currently is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria and is a member of the Association of Bariatric Surgery.
