We perform lab draws on patients of all ages. We are happy to accept walk-ins, but our scheduled patients will be taken on time and walk-in patients may have to wait for an opening.
Outpatient EKG (ECG or Electrocacardiogram)
Our Outpatient testing facilities at the Center for Health - Route 91 and Glen Park Place, Washington and Morton have qualified staff available to perform routine EKG's on patients of all ages. An EKG is a painless routine test done to check the electrical impulses that the heart produces. Patients are asked to undress from the waist up and asked to wear a patient gown. Patients then lay down and are connected to 12 lead wires that transmit the information from your heart to the EKG machine. You will be asked to lie quietly for several minutes until the EKG machine captures the information and prints out a reading of your heart which is called a tracing. For your convenience, you can make an appointment by calling 309-683-4939. We are happy to accept walk-ins, but our scheduled patients will be taken on time and walk-in patients may have to wait for an opening.
