Center for Industrial Rehabilitation

The Center for Industrial Rehabilitation assists employers and employees through services targeted specifically to the workplace. These include:

• assessing if prospective employees physically meet the functional demands of their job
  • - through simulation
  • - through computer measured performance
• job site analysis
• functional job descriptions
• consulting with employers on how to reduce injuries
• rehabilitating work injured employees and helping them return to work safely
• assisting in the determination of maximal medical improvement

All services within Industrial Rehabilitation apply a variety of nationally validated procedures and technologies. Many of these protocols and technologies are unique to the OSF Center for Industrial Rehabilitation, providing distinct advantages in assessing performance and enhancing outcomes.
