Westbound I-74
  1. Take Exit 92B (Glen Oak Avenue), which is the second exit after crossing the Murray Baker bridge.
  2. Exit from I-74 (onto Spalding) Move directly into the far right lane to Glen Oak
  3. Turn right onto Glen Oak, then make an immediate jog left onto Berkeley.
  4. Follow Berkeley to the stop sign at Armstrong Avenue.
  5. Turn right at the stop sign onto Armstrong Avenue.
  6. Turn right into the entrance of the North Parking Deck.
Eastbound I-74
  1. Take Exit 92A (Knoxville/Pennsylvania).
  2. Follow exit, moving to the left lane, to stop light at the Knoxville/Pennsylvania intersection.
  3. Cross straight over Knoxville onto Pennsylvania Avenue.
  4. Turn right at the stop sign onto Berkeley Avenue, go one block.
  5. Turn left at the stop sign onto Armstrong Avenue.
  6. Turn right into the entrance of the North Parking Deck.
Route 116 Traveling West
  1. Get onto I-74 West from Route 116 in East Peoria.
  2. Take Exit 92B (Glen Oak Avenue), which is the second exit after crossing the Murray Baker bridge.
  3. Exit from I-74 (onto Spalding) Move directly into the far right lane to Glen Oak
  4. Turn right onto Glen Oak, then make an immediate jog left onto Berkeley.
  5. Follow Berkeley to the stop sign at Armstrong Avenue.
  6. Turn right at the stop sign onto Armstrong Avenue.
  7. Turn right into the entrance of the North Parking Deck.
Highway 40 South (Knoxville Avenue)
  1. Follow Route 40 south towards downtown Peoria, moving into the left lane.
  2. Turn left at Pennsylvania Avenue.
  3. Turn right at the stop sign onto Berkeley Avenue, go one block.
  4. Turn left at the stop sign onto Armstrong Avenue.
  5. Turn right into the entrance of the North Parking Deck.
Route 24 Traveling East
  1. Follow Route 24 East under the I-474 bypass. Stay in the left lane and continue about one mile to the “Y.”
  2. Take the left fork which becomes Adams Street and continue about three miles.
  3. Turn left onto Spalding.
  4. Follow Spalding to Glen Oak Avenue.
  5. Turn right onto Glen Oak, then make an immediate jog left onto Berkeley.
  6. Follow Berkeley to the stop sign at Armstrong Avenue.
  7. Turn right at the stop sign onto Armstrong Avenue.
  8. Turn right into the entrance of the North Parking Deck.
Route 24 Traveling West
  1. Continue on Route 24 until you cross the McCluggage Bridge.
  2. Take the Adams Street exit.
  3. Continue on Adams Street/Jefferson Street to Spalding Avenue.
  4. Turn right onto Spalding Avenue.
  5. Follow Spalding to Glen Oak Avenue.
  6. Turn right onto Glen Oak, then make an immediate jog left onto Berkeley.
  7. Follow Berkeley to the stop sign at Armstrong Avenue.
  8. Turn right at the stop sign onto Armstrong Avenue.
  9. Turn right into the entrance of the North Parking Deck
Route 29 Traveling South
  1. Follow Route 29 South (which becomes Adams Street, then Jefferson Street).
  2. Continue on Adams Street/Jefferson Street to Spalding Avenue.
  3. Turn right onto Spalding Avenue.
  4. Follow Spalding to Glen Oak Avenue.
  5. Turn right onto Glen Oak, then make an immediate jog left onto Berkeley.
  6. Follow Berkeley to the stop sign at Armstrong Avenue.
  7. Turn right at the stop sign onto Armstrong Avenue.
  8. Turn right into the entrance of the North Parking Deck
